Our name, 'Mobilize,' reflects both our action and our heart—we mobilize our skills, experience, and compassion to care for the homes of those who once cared for us. With every service, our goal is simple: to help seniors live confidently and comfortably in a space that feels fresh, organized, and truly like home.

Our Story
Mobilize Cleaning was founded by a team with over 15 years of combined experience in home care. Working directly with seniors and families, our founders saw the same pattern again and again: home care—helping someone with daily living, mobility, and personal support—was being handled well. But care for the home itself—the cleaning, the upkeep, the small details that make a space feel safe and comfortable—was too often left behind.
We realized these are two different kinds of support, and both matter. A senior can have excellent personal care and still be living in a home that's becoming harder to keep up with, cluttered, or unsafe. So we built Mobilize Cleaning to fill that gap—bringing 15 years of home care experience into the home itself.

Our mission is to provide expert, eco-friendly cleaning services for seniors in Victoria, BC—services that go beyond appearances to support safety, comfort, and independence. We know that home care and care for the home are two different things, and both deserve real attention. That's why we focus exclusively on creating clean, safe, and comfortable living environments that help seniors continue feeling at home, in the home they know best.
